FULL COURSE DESCRIPTION: ESL Program Specialist Certification

Certification: In Pennsylvania, a Level II Accreditation is required of all Level I teachers to maintain their teaching credentials in Pennsylvania. Midwestern IU IV's ESL Program Specialist Certification provides all Level I accredited teachers a pathway that includes 18 approved ACT 48 graduate-level credits for teachers to earn both their Pennsylvania Level II accreditation (24 credits required) and an ESL Program Specialist Certification.
